Okay. Went to watch cosi bello yesterday.
And it ROCKED.
Yeah. Seriously.
Barol's gonna kill me for this, but I think cosi bello was much better than the rgs choir performance Tan and I went to last time.
I mean, their songs were really nice, they sang extremely well, and you can tell they were really passionate about singing.
Especially my dear gracie.
I was trying to find her amongst everyone, and it was pretty hard..
So I was like "Let's find the most enthu-y and passionate one..."
Then TA-DA! Found her. Cool eh.
The whole thing was really nice, and four people DANCED! So cool.
I LOVED Ave Maria and the ABBA songs. Absolutely lovely. Especially Ave Maria. Very enchanting. Shinjiru was not bad. But I still like Ave Maria. OOH LALA.
There were some really interesting parts actually. There was this song where they were singing and singing, then they suddenly screamed. Shocked the audience I think. Then they screamed for a long time. But the song turned out to be really nice. (: Oh! And the cockroach song! It was so cute! And hilarious! The hand movements and stuff. Heh heh. Darn creative.
I think the really nice thing about the performance was that everyone sang. As in really sing with their hearts out and stuff. The performance was really simple and interesting, and extremely enchanting. Rgs gave an interesting and hilarious skit where they danced and acted, but not much singing was involved. It was just the music playing in the background. Whereas Ny
sang. <3
So yeah. Gave Grace a pink rose. The florist. Dunno why, didn't put the aluminium thingy at the end of the stalk. So in the end, the flower got NO WATER TO DRINK! SO SAD! Like beckham liddat. Dehydrated. Heng, the flower never puke. Hais. Kept making me worry that after one song, I would check on my flower and suddenly see that the floor littered with petals and one botak flower in my hands. =.-Heng. The flower was okay. But the leaves were a bit... erm. saggy though. Oh wells.
If Nychoir was to compile a CD of their songs or something, I would definitely buy it. I mean, it was so darn touching. Whee.
So there. I enjoyed it very much.
